Rock Climbing in Crawdad Canyon

One of the largest privately owned outdoor climbing parks in the USA. We have over 250 bolted climbing routes in solid basalt walls, scaling up to 80 feet high. Routes range from 5.6 to 5.13. You'll find brass plaques at the base of each climb with the name and rating of each climb.

$8.50 per person per day in addition to the Canyon Access Fee ($8.50 for adults and $6.50 for kids under 14)

  • Must have pictured I.D.
  • Must sign waver upon entering
  • Anyone under 18 must have parent present to sign waver or will not be allowed to climb
  • ALL climbers MUST sign in - No exceptions!
  • A map of climbing areas and a list of climbs can be found at the front desk. We also have a local guide book available for use.

    IMPORTANT: Each individual visiting Veyo Pool and Crawdad Canyon is required to sign a Liability Form or they won't be allowed to enter the property. Also, since the climbing is managed by they Southern Utah Climbing Coalition, each person that is going to rock climb must fill out their waiver too.You can download that here.
